27 Mar – Ordered from leapfroglobal Armaggeddon

5 April – Delievered wrong package

11 May – Leapfroglobal pick up the wrong desktop

21 May – Full refund without informing the customer. 

24 May – Buyer wanted to message seller about his money but decided to check the bank first. it was there. Buyer felt angry that seller do not even bother to notify Buyer

We read the full message and found lot of trolling between both parties. Seller was rude.
No one should endure this mess from leapfroglobal Armaggeddon.
Personally, in my own opinion, i think Seller is trying their luck to dump off the Ryzen

Notice that it is spelled like ths leap frog lobal
not to be confused with LeapFrog Investments which Temasek Holdings has entered into a US$500 million ($673.6 million) strategic partnership

I  wanted to top up money for more ram and HDD

They made a small calculation mistake, this should be the warning sign to me.

It is ok, i will transfer again. just to make everyone life easier

As you can see, this is first problem. Casing out of stock. It is ok, i am willing to change casing

The gaming desktop finally arrived at my home and indeed, my fear has come true.
They still send me the Ryzen despite me saying no.

Ordered on 27 Mar
Received on 5th Apr because they said Intel Cpu is delayed and they need to wait for the stocks to arrive.
i still receive Ryzen after waiting.

So we move to whatsapp

6 April

A guy troubleshoot and activate the extra HDD that i ordered. It was in the desktop afterall.

Now they say need to wait 1 or 2 months. I got nothing to say

Left them alone for sometime. thinking of upgrade since it take so long and i have already waited for so long

They do not check their work properly

Asking me to go down to their shop when it is their mistake

Message me out of the blue saying that they want to collect the desktop, I had to take leave



The Final Straw. Asking me topup for $250 for the mistake they made. why do i even wait so long for this end results
